AXAREL®

Approved MIL-PRF-680 Solvents

 

AXAREL® 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, Type I, II, III, IV  It is suitable for the replacement of isopropyl alcohol (IPA), acetone, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), mineral spirits, PD-680 solvents and other low flash point, flammable solvents. The low vapor pressure of this cleaner can result in a significant reduction in VOC emissions. BIOACT® 105

 

BIOACT® 105 has very low odor and controlled evaporation. It can replace virtually all commonly used solvent in hand wipe cleaning processes including 1,1,1-trichloroethane, acetone, CFC-113, d-limonene, HCFC 141b, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), lacquer thinner, methylene chloride, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl propyl ketone (MPK), mineral spirits, naptha solvents, stoddard solvents, toluene and xylene. BIOACT® 145 Precision Cleaner

 

BIOACT® 145 Precision Cleaner is a mixture of non-linear alcohol and highly-refined aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is an effective solvent for oils, greases, fingerprints, uncured inks and most common metal-working soils. BIOACT 145 is formulated for rapid evaporation while having a closed cup flash point above 140ºF. It is used to replace the chemicals listed in the BIOACT 105 section in applications where cleaning agents having flash points above 140ºF are desired. Click here for more information.

AXAREL® 2200 Precision Cleaner

 

AXAREL® 2200 Precision Cleaner is a blend of highly-refined isoparaffinic hydrocarbons and linear alcohols formulated to offer superior cleaning in electronics PCB cleaning, or degreasing in applications requiring a non-flammable cleaning material eliminating white residue. It is an ideal replacement for isopropanol, toluene, xylene, acetone and mineral spirits in immersion applications where cleaning performance, safety, and/or VOC emissions need to be improved. AXAREL 2200 is an aggressive, high performance cleaning agent developed for removing all types of soils, lubrication fluids, and cutting oils in suitable non-aqueous immersion equipment. AXAREL® 4100 Precision Cleaner

 

AXAREL® 4100 Precision Cleaner is a blend of highly-refined aliphatic hydrocarbons and non-linear alcohols. AXAREL 4100 contains less non-linear alcohol than AXAREL 2200 and evaporates slightly slower. It is especially effective for removing oils, greases, and other common metal-working soils, and is an  alternative for commodity solvents including 1.1.1-trichloroethane, acetone, CFC-113, d-limonene, HCFC 141b, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), lacquer thinner, methylene chloride methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl propyl ketone (MPK), mineral spirits, naptha solvents, stoddard solvents, toluene, and xylene. Click here for more information.

AXAREL®  6100 Precision Cleaner

 

AXAREL ® 6100 Precision Cleaner is a mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons and dibasic esters. It is an effective solvent for oils, greases, coolants, lubricants, fingerprints, uncured inks, and most other common metal-working soils. AXAREL 6100 is formulated for wide-ranging solvency and complete evaporation. It is used to replace the chemicals named in the AXAREL 4100 section in applications where cleaning agents having flash points above 140ºF are desired. AXAREL 6100 is not a hazardous waste as defined by USEPA 40 CFR 261. Click here for more information.

AXAREL ®  9100   Precision Cleaner

 

AXAREL ®  9100 Precision Cleaner  is a hydrocarbon and ester blend designed to remove the same soils as noted in the AXAREL 52 section. AXAREL 9100 is suitable for use with or without a water rinse. In semi-aqueous applications, the product separates immediately from rinse water, allowing reuse of both materials. In non-aqueous applications, it may be advantageous to rinse AXAREL 9100 with a more volatile product such as AXAREL 4100 to speed. Click here  for more information.

BIOACT® 200 Precision Cleaner

 

BIOACT® 200 Precision Cleaner is an amine-based formulation for removing paints, coatings, and adhesives. It is the BIOACT product of choice for removing most paints, as well as cyanoacrylate adhesive, photo resist, shellac, varnish, and some epoxies. Click here for more information.

BIOACT® 280 Precision Cleaner

 

BIOACT® 280 Precision Cleaner is a non-hazardous, biodegradable blend of aliphatic esters and surface active agents designed especially for removing high melting point soils such as waxes, pitches, and fixturing compounds. Its high flash point (285ºF, 141ºC) and extremely low vapor pressure (.001 mm Hg) allow it to be used safely and with low environmental impact in applications where elevated bath temperatures are needed. Click here for more information.
