Hand Wipe Cleaning:

BIOACT 105 evaporates quickly and has very low odor. It can replace virtually all commonly used solvent in hand wipe cleaning processes including 1,1,1-trichloroethane, acetone, CFC-113, d-limonene, HCFC 141b, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), lacquer thinner, methylene chloride, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl propyl ketone (MPK), mineral spirits, naptha solvents, stoddard solvents, toluene and xylene. BIOACT 105 Precision Cleaner is also available in convenient BIOACT 105 Pre-Saturated Wipes.

BIOACT 113 is a blend of alcohol and highly-refined terpene hydrocarbons formulated to offer the best possible combination of low-odor, fast evaporation, and minimum residue.  It is a non-aqueous cleaning agent suitable for removing a wide variety of soils in immersion or hand-wipe cleaning applications. BIOACT 121 Precision Cleaner is a food grade, citrus terpene-based product that is especially effective against heavy oils and greases, adhesives, asphalt, tar, waxes and pitches. BIOACT 121 is used in hand wipe cleaning processes as an alternative to the chemicals listed in the BIOACT 105 section above. In semi-aqueous applications, the product separates immediately from rinse water, allowing reuse of both materials. Semi Aqueous Cleaning:

BIOACT MSO Precision Cleaner is a specially selected blend of citrus terpenes and surface active agents designed to rinse freely, leaving a clean, residue-free surface. It is effective at removing a variety of soils including heavy oils and greases, adhesives, many resins, Cosmoline and uncured paints from surfaces. BIOACT MSO works well at room temperature and is a high-performance alternative to most d-limonene and surfactant blends on the market. BIOACT MSO is a certified California Clean Air Solvent when used at appropriate dilutions in water (contact Petroferm for details.) AXAREL 52 Precision Cleaner is a blend of polar and non-polar solvents, surface active agents, and a corrosion inhibitor. AXAREL 52 is suitable for removing oils, greases, waxes, fingerprints, buffing and polishing compounds, fixturing agents, and other soils from a range of substrates. Its solvent-soluble corrosion inhibitor provides protection against flash rusting of ferrous metals during the cleaning process. AXAREL 56 Precision Cleaner is the same formulation as AXAREL 52 except that it does not contain a corrosion inhibitor. Surfaces cleaned with AXAREL 56 can be rinsed absolutely free of residue.
